SimJEB: Simulated Jet Engine Bracket Dataset

چکیده
This paper introduces the Simulated Jet Engine Bracket Dataset (SimJEB): a new, public collection of crowdsourced mechanical brackets and accompanying structural simulations. SimJEB is applicable to wide range geometry processing tasks; complexity shapes in offer challenge automated cleaning meshing, while categorical labels simulations facilitate classification regression (i.e. engineering surrogate modeling). In contrast existing shape collections, SimJEB's models are all designed for same function thus have consistent loads support conditions. On other hand, more complex, diverse, realistic than synthetically generated datasets commonly used parametric model evaluation. The designs were derived from submissions GrabCAD Challenge: an open design competition with over 700 hand-designed CAD entries 320 designers representing 56 countries. Each has been cleaned, categorized, meshed, simulated finite element analysis according original specifications. result 381 high-quality application-focused advancing geometric deep learning, modeling, related tasks.

XVth QTLMAS: simulated dataset
BACKGROUND Our aim was to simulate the data for the QTLMAS2011 workshop following a pig-type family structure under an oligogenic model, each QTL being specific. RESULTS The population comprised 3000 individuals issued from 20 sires and 200 dams. Within each family, 10 progenies belonged to the experimental population and were assigned phenotypes and marker genotypes and 5 belonged to the sel...
متن کاملQTLMAS 2009: simulated dataset
BACKGROUND The simulation of the data for the QTLMAS 2009 Workshop is described. Objective was to simulate observations from a growth curve which was influenced by a number of QTL. RESULTS The data consisted of markers, phenotypes and pedigree. Genotypes of 453 markers, distributed over 5 chromosomes of 1 Morgan each, were simulated for 2,025 individuals. From those, 25 individuals were paren...
متن کاملQTLMAS 2010: simulated dataset
BACKGROUND Objective was to simulate the data for the QTLMAS 2010 Workshop under a model that includes major additive, epistatic and parent-of-origin effects. RESULTS Data were simulated for 3226 individuals in 5 generations. Genomic data for 5 chromosomes were simulated using coalescent model. In total, the data included 10,031 SNPs, 30 additive QTLs, 2 interacting QTL pairs, and 3 imprinted...

متن کاملGenerating Simulated DT-MRI Dataset
Diffusion tensor magnetic resonance imaging (DTMRI), also known as diffusion tensor imaging (DTI), needs post processing by adequate image analysis and visualization tools. White matter tractography using DTI is becoming a routine MR technique to study white matter properties, connectivity, and alterations of fiber integrity due to pathology. The success of the method depends on the accuracy of...
